Gardens are wonderful spaces in which you can observe change - why not keep a garden journal and note the changes happening around you.
If you don't have a garden maybe start small with a pot garden and see what grows well where you live.
Create biodiversity in your garden - leave a patch of grass uncut and notice the wildlife that is drawn to that area.
Set a quadrant (4 sticks) and identify the wildflowers in an area of your lawn.
Learn the names of trees, flowers, shrubs, birds and insects.
Plant a wildflower garden or grow some vegetables.
